Kedungu Beach is a beautiful black sandy beach situated in west of Tanah Lot, the most famous tourist destination in Bali Island
with a Hindu temple set on the rock. This beach is featured by the
black sand stretch 300 yards and the peaceful atmosphere surround it
that is one of the fascinations for tourist to visit this place.
Kedungu is also favored by the great wave that is ideally for surf
adventures. The wave characteristic at this beach is forcing the surfer
to take the surf direction from both left-hander and right-hander. The
surfers love this surf point because there two surf spots available
those are all demanded by surfers. At late afternoon, your will be
presented the spectacular sunset view that create the romantic nuance.
This beach is suitable for relaxation but not recommended for swim due
to the seawater has very strong current.

Kedungu Beach is located in Banjar Babut, Belalang Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency and Bali province – Indonesia. You can travel a distance of about 20 minutes away from Tabanan town or 35 minutes from Denpasar City or one hour from Denpasar Airport.This beach own very good access that easily reached by all vehicles. The Kedungu Beach is strategically situated in west part of Bali Island and close to other surf points such as Tanah Lot Beach, Front Hotel Beach and Nyanyi/Muara Beach.
Best Season for Surfing
All beaches are located in south part of Bali Island in particular situated right side of Bali’s Peninsula that facing to the Indian Ocean will have the best season for surfing on dry season.
